Refund and Returns Policy

At Little Siblings Co., we take pride in the quality of our products. Each item is inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our high standards. Despite our best efforts, we acknowledge that there may be instances when items may be faulty, incorrect, or encounter other problems. In such cases, we offer exchanges only, and do not accept returns.

We work tirelessly to accurately display, describe, and detail our products. We also provide sizing charts on all of our pieces to ensure a proper fit. This information can be found on each product description page. If you are unsure what size to choose we suggest sizing up. If you have a question about sizing please feel free to contact us before making your purchase.

If the item you purchased is defective, please reach out to us. We will accommodate accurately and offer a resolution based on your preference – a refund or an exchange. Refunds, if applicable, will be made using the original method of payment.

To start the exchange process, please fill out the form. Remember to include your order number, email address, shipping address, and desired outcome (refund or exchange). If the item is to be returned, we will issue a return shipping label.

Please note the following eligibility criteria for exchanges:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, and damage (animal or human hair).
  • The item should have the original tags and packaging intact.

We highly recommend inspecting all items upon receipt. We also encourage trying items on to ensure they fit properly.

Sale and discounted items, as well as promotional free gifts, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Due to hygienic reasons, all purchases of swimwear are also final sale and ineligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Our warranty information remains the same. In the rare occurrence you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your product and provide detailed photos of the garment and faulty area. Our quality care team will evaluate the issue and if it is found to be a manufacturing defect, items that are in their new and unworn condition will be replaced if we have the stock to do so. If we are out of stock, we will work with you to resolve the matter in a manner worthy of your satisfaction.
